3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Tutoring sessions are scheduled directly between the tutor and the student.
We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may limit future scheduling availability.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be provided during the onboarding process.
Fees for completed tutoring sessions are non-refundable.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students (or parents/guardians) agree to:

Attend scheduled sessions on time

Provide accurate academic information

Communicate respectfully with tutors

Use materials and guidance appropriately

We reserve the right to discontinue sessions if a student violates these expectations.

6. Parent/Guardian Consent (for Minors)

If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must provide permission for tutoring services and communication.

7. Limitation of Liability

STEM Girl Tutors is not responsible for:

School grading decisions

Academic policies

Outcomes beyond our instructional control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
